This website is the responsibility of Lepton, S.L., tax ID B25379025, registered at Joan Fuster, 6 Baixos, 25001 Lleida. Contact: info@lepton.net. It is run by Enric Ichart, director consultant at BNI Lleida, to present the BNI LLD Mollerussa Atòmic group in formation. It is not an official BNI website.
What data we process
What you give us in the forms: name, surname, mobile, email, company, profession, town, who invited you, your message, the Business Café date and, if you took it, your test answers. Also the page and date of submission.
Purpose
To reply to you, organise the Business Café or a 1-to-1 and follow up. We make no automated decisions.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form, which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention
While there is a relationship or mutual interest and, at most, two years after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
Recipients
We do not share your data. It is stored in Enric's contact book (creatudestino.net, with servers in the European Union). Hosting is provided by DonDominio (Spain). If you join the group, BNI processes your application data under its own policy.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to info@lepton.net. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies and statistics
This website uses no cookies or third-party tracking tools. We count visits with Lepton, S.L.'s own system (lepton.net server): we store no IP address or personal data, only an anonymous identifier that changes every day, plus the country, device type and pages viewed.
